Service Scope and Applicability

4kVPN provides international route subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The specific regions, routes, and client access points available at any time are shown in the user panel.

The service is designed to optimize network connection paths. It does not control target websites, application platforms, network operators, or the access environment at the user's location. The content, account policies, regional rules, and access results of third-party services are determined by their respective providers and are not part of 4kVPN services.

Account and Subscription Rules

Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed, unusual logins occur, or subscription details are used by others, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Each account supports use on an unlimited number of devices, limited to the account holder and their own devices. Users may not publicly share account or subscription details, sell, rent, transfer, split, or otherwise provide the service to third parties. Accounts may not be used to organize group purchasing, resale, or bulk distribution.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT may be used through supported payment flows; the order status recorded in the user panel prevails.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed service is located, as well as the service rules of third-party websites and application platforms. The service must not be used to infringe the rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, interfere with network operations, or engage in other unlawful activity.

Users may not consume route resources extensively through automation, attack, scan, test, or interfere with 4kVPN websites, the user panel, route infrastructure, or related systems. They may not attempt to obtain other users' accounts, subscriptions, or order information. Users are solely responsible for complaints, losses, or legal liabilities arising from their conduct.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Route availability may be affected by network congestion, device conditions, carrier routing, target platform policies, system maintenance, and other external factors. 4kVPN may adjust routes, access points, and technical configurations based on operating conditions, but does not promise that any route, region, or third-party platform will always provide the same connection performance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4kVPN is not liable for indirect losses arising from connection interruptions, access changes, or data loss caused by user device configurations, client compatibility, local network conditions, third-party service changes, or events beyond reasonable control. Users should save important data and preserve their original settings before changing network configurations.

Account Suspension, Termination, and Refunds

If an account is used for resale, public sharing, unusual bulk activity, interference with service operations, infringement of others' rights, or violation of these terms, 4kVPN may, depending on the circumstances, restrict relevant functions, suspend route access, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, the service may require users to stop the relevant conduct or explain their use where necessary for risk management and compliance.

The refund policy allows refunds within 14 days (a full refund if the first payment is unsatisfactory). Eligible users may submit a refund request through the user panel. Refunds are verified against the first payment order record; separate verbal statements do not replace the order information shown in the user panel.

Changes and Applicability

4kVPN may revise these terms due to service adjustments, compliance requirements, or changes in business processes. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be announced in an appropriate location on the website or user panel.

Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means that users accept the revised content. If users do not agree with the changes, they should stop using the service and submit a request through the user panel if covered by the refund policy. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
